钢筋混凝土简支梁的耐火极限

摘    要:编制了普通/高强混凝土简支梁高温反应的全过程分析程序,程序中近似考虑了高强混凝土的爆裂效应,程序的有效性得到了其他学者试验结果的验证.文中针对不同荷载比、混凝土保护层厚度、跨高比和配筋率共288种工况,进行普通/高强混凝土简支梁的高温反应分析,揭示了各主要参数对上述两类简支梁耐火极限的影响规律,并对两者进行对比.通过计算,定量地给出了两类简支梁耐火极限的简化确定方法.结果表明:高温爆裂对高强混凝土简支梁的耐火极限影响显著;严格控制荷载比和适当增加混凝土保护层厚度是提高普通/高强混凝土简支梁耐火极限的有效措施.

Abstract:A full-process analytical program for the simply-supported normal-strength concrete(NSC) and high-strength concrete(HSC) beams subjected to high temperature is proposed,in which the explosive spalling of HSC is approximately taken into consideration.The reliability of the program is validated by the test results provided by former researchers.Then,the effects of the main parameters on the fire resistance of simply-supported NSC and HSC beams are investigated and compared,by selecting 288 simply-supported beams with different load ratios,thicknesses of concrete cover,span-depth ratios and reinforcement ratios for the high-temperature response analysis.Based on the simulation results,simplified ways to quantificationally determine the fire resistance of simply-supported NSC and HSC beams are presented.The results show that the explosive spalling at a high temperature significantly influences the fire resistance of simply-supported HSC beams,and that the fire resistance of both HSC beams and NSC beams can be effectively improved by strictly controlling the load ratio and properly increasing the thickness of concrete cover.
