摘    要:某项目办公大楼是一个综合体项目,由塔楼、裙楼以及地下室组成。在地下室抗浮设计中,采用排水减压设计方法。这一方法通过在地下室底板下层设置碎石疏水层与排水盲沟来将地下水引导至集水井,从而减小甚至消除地下水对底板的浮力作用。采用有限元软件PLAXIS进行分析,结果表明,地下室渗水量是可控的,满足相关规程的要求。对比排水减压设计与设置抗拔桩两类方法,结果发现,排水减压设计在经济上与工期上均具有较大的优势,且理论上在排水减压设计方法下,地下室底板不受浮力作用,更为安全。建议相似工程案例在进行地下室底板抗浮设计时可考虑排水减压设计方法。

Abstract:An Office Building is a complex project composed of a tower, podiums and basement. Drainage and decompression design method is adopted in basement anti-floating design. This method guides groundwater to collecting wells by setting gravel hydrophobic layer and drainage blind ditch under the floor of basement, thus, the buoyancy effect of groundwater on the floor can be reduced or even eliminated. The results of finite element analysis show that the seepage of basement is controllable and meets the requirements of regulations. Comparing drainage and decompression design with installation of uplift piles, we find the former method could take advantage in terms of money and time. Theoretically, it is also safer because the basement floor is not subject to buoyancy. It is suggested that the design method of drainage and decompression should be considered in the anti-floating design of basement floor in similar engineering cases.
