膨胀珍珠岩/聚丙烯酸钠复合高吸液材料的研究

摘    要:选择溶液聚合法,研究了不同用量的引发剂过硫酸钾、交联剂N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)、接枝剂淀粉和不同程度的中和度等对聚丙烯酸钠树脂材料吸水性能的影响,确定了最佳吸水性能下的配方.在最佳配方的基础上,探究了不同掺量膨胀珍珠岩对复合材料吸水和吸0.9%NaCl的影响;采用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)等分析复合材料的组成和结构特征.结果表明,膨胀珍珠岩的质量分数为12%时复合材料的吸液倍率最佳,其吸水和吸0.9%NaCl溶液分别为589g/g和123g/g.

Research on Super Solution Absorption of Expanded Perlite and Sodium Polyacrylateresin Composite Materials

Abstract:Sodium polyacrylateresins were synthesized by solution polymerization method.The water absorption of resin that was influenced by various contents of potassium persulfateinitiator,N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)cross-linking agent,starchgraft,and different degree of neutralization were intensively studied.And the optimum formula of the optimum water absorption resin was obtained.Based on theformula,water and 0.9%NaCl absorption of the composite materials with varying expanded perlite contents were fully researched.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD)were used to measure the compose and structure characteristic of composite materials.The best solution absorption of composite materials,i.e.,water absorption was 589 g/g and 0.9%NaCl absorption was 123 g/g,were found when expanded perlite content was 12%.
