摘    要:基于盲孔法对3种规格的焊接空心球节点球面焊趾处焊接残余应力进行了试验测量,根据常规模型和Kirsch理论解对比计算了本次试验选取的应变片的应变释放系数。依据Scara-Mangas经验公式对计算得到的球面径向、环向焊接残余应力进行塑性修正,最终得出球面焊接残余应力分布图。探讨了焊接残余应力对工程领域中节点疲劳的影响。

Abstract:Based on the blind hole method, the residual stress of the spherical weld toe of three kinds of welded hollow spherical joints was tested.The strain release factors of the strain gauge selected in this test is calculated according to the conventional model and the Kirsch theoretical solution. According to the Scara-Mangas empirical formula, the calculated spherical radial and circumferential welding residual stresses are plastically modified, and the residual stress distribution of the spherical welding is finally obtained. The influence of welding residual stress on joint fatigue in engineering field is discussed.
