柔性绳网展开过程的多元回归模型的优化分析

摘    要:柔性绳网作为一种新兴技术,主要用于太空在轨服务。本文采用Design-Expert 11软件对柔性绳网展开过程中展开位移与展开面积的研究进行设计,并通过优化影响因子,来保证展开位移在一定范围内展开面积达到最大。为了获得最佳的柔性绳网展开效果,建立柔性绳网展开过程的多元回归模型。并通过仿真检验所建立的多元回归模型的准确性,其误差均小于10%,说明该模型的优化分析结果可靠。由优化方案可知,最佳参数组合是发射速度、旋转角和展开时间分别为29.481~30.000m.s-1、21.916~22°和1.092~1.115s。同时优化分析结果表明,若减小发射速度和旋转角,则柔性绳网达到较好展开效果的参数组合减少,且为了柔性绳网能够达到较好展开效果,发射速度必须大于21.8m.s-1以及旋转角必须大于16.2°。

Abstract:As a new technology, flexible cable net is mainly used in space on-orbit service. In this paper, the design-Expert 11 software is used to design the deployed displacement and the deployed area of flexible cable net during the deployment process. By optimizing the influence factors, the deployed area is ensured to be as large as possible in a certain range of the deployed displacement. In order to obtain the best deployment effect of flexible cable net, a multivariate regression model for the deployment process of flexible cable net is established. The accuracy of the multivariate regression model is verified by simulation, and the errors are less than 10%. It shows that the optimal analysis results of the model are reliable. According to the optimization scheme, the best combination of parameters is the launch speed, rotation angle and deployed time of 29.481-30.000m?s-1, 21.916-22.000° and 1.092-1.115s, respectively. At the same time, the optimization analysis results show that if the launch speed and rotation angle are reduced, the parameter combination of flexible cable net to achieve better deployment effect is reduced, and in order to achieve better deployment effect, the launch speed must be greater than 21.8m?s-1and the rotation angle must be greater than 16.2°.
