微波照射下钢筋混凝土升温特性分析

摘    要:为了探究微波照射造成钢筋混凝土结构粘结强度发生变化的原因,通过微波照射钢筋混凝土试块热成像试验和连续升温测定试验,对钢筋与混凝土的升温情况进行分析。试验结果表明:钢筋和混凝土在微波场中的升温行为表现存在很大差异,混凝土由于主动吸收微波,升温速度快,钢筋通过周围混凝土的热传递被动升温,速度相对较慢;钢筋和混凝土粘结面以及混凝土内部吸波性能强的粗骨料和砂浆体之间会形成一定的温度梯度,且温度梯度随微波功率的提高而增大,这是造成钢筋混凝土发生粘结强度损伤的主要原因。对于微波照射下钢筋混凝土结构升温特性的研究,可以为微波辅助机械破碎钢筋混凝土工艺的应用提供理论基础和参考价值。

Abstract:In order to investigate the reasons for the changes in the bond strength of reinforced concrete structures caused by microwave irradiation, the thermal imaging test and continuous temperature rise test of the reinforced concrete test block by microwave irradiated were used to analyze the heating of steel bar and concrete. The results show that the difference between the heating behavior of steel reinforcement and concrete in microwave field is very obvious. Because the concrete absorbs the microwave actively, the heating rate is fast, while the steel reinforce-ment is passively heated by the heat transfer of surrounding concrete at a relatively slow rate; A certain temperature gradient is formed between the bonding of steel and concrete and between the coarse aggregate and the mortar with strong absorbing properties inside the concrete, and the temperature gradient increases with the increase of the microwave power, which is the main reason for the bond strength damage of the reinforced concrete. The research on the heating characteristics of reinforced concrete structures under microwave irradiation can provide theoretical basis and reference value for the application of microwave assisted mechanical crushing reinforced concrete technology.
