| 摘 要： | 德育工作是高校培养大学生的重要环节，为进一步强化大学生德育工作，需要处理好以下四方面的关系：一要处理好内在教化方式和外在制约方式的关系；二要处理好思想政治教育与道德心理教育的关系；三要处理好现实和理想、超越之间的关系；四要处理好课堂教育与课外教育的关系。

| Abstract: | Moral education is an important link for the colleges to train qualified students. In order to strengthen the moral education in the college students, the following four relations should be dealt well with: 1.the relation between the internal teaching and external restriction;2.the relation between the ideological and political education and the moral psychological education; 3.the relation between the reality and the ideal as well as the transcendence; 4.the relation between the classroom education and extracurricular education. |
