平衡式低剪切调节阀的研制与试验

摘    要:平衡式低剪切调节阀是在原球阀和调节阀的基础上改进,结合两种阀门的优点提出了聚合物驱油工艺流程。其主要特征是低剪切和可调节。通过现场试验表明.可以有效解决原注聚流程中注聚泵不能同时备用多井的难题,是提高备用注聚泵利用率、提高注聚质量的有效途径。

Abstract:The balanced valve with low shearing force comes from the reform of spherical valve and control valve,and it combines with both merits of them and proposes the technical process of polymer drive.Its main features are low shearing force and adjustable nature.Field test shows that it can solve the difficult problem that standby pump for polymer injection can't be used for multi-wells in the flow course.Applications indicate that it is a good way to improve utilization rate of standby pump for polymer injection and increase quality of polymer injection.
