JQF型低噪声局部隔声罩风笛装置研究设计

摘    要:对机车现用 138T50 1、138T50 2风笛进行了测试 ,测试结果显示侧后方声级值较大 ,分析了产生该现象的原因 .按照声号筒设计原理 ,研究设计了JQF型低噪声局部隔声罩风笛装置 .JQF型低噪声局部隔声罩风笛装置的声学性能全面超过了现用风笛 .在不降低前方声级的条件下 ,大幅度地降低了侧后方的声级值 .从而可使由于机车鸣笛造成的环境污染下降到限值以内 .

Abstract:The Model 138T501 and 138T502 air horns used by locomotive are tested. The result of test shows the hind and lateral sound level of the air horn is higher.The article analyzes the reason. According to air horn design theory, JQF low noise air horn device with partial acoustical enclosure has been designed. It's acoustical capability overruns Model 138T501 and 138T502 air horns. The hind and lateral sound level of the JQF air horn is reduced considerably, but the front sound level is not reduced. By using JQF air horn device, the environment noise pollution from air horn can be reduced to the limited level.
