| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆是当前评价一个国家信息基础水平的重要标志,而我国图书馆由于人才缺乏和观念上的原因还处于文献特型和网络建设的起步阶段,因而必须加快数字图书馆的建设步伐。数字图书馆的发展策略主要有高起点发展策略、区域性发展策略、ON发展策略和“通才”发展策略。
