| 摘 要： | 在简述目前国内外城市规划发展及城市规划系统研究现状的基础上,分析研究了如何设计实现基于GIS技术的城市规划系统,提出了一种解决方案。通过对GIS技术与规划管理实际工作相结合的研究,设计了系统的结构,开发了基于GIS的规划管理信息系统平台,实现了空间信息的实时查询和规划业务办公流程的系统化,为公众提供信息服务,最终达到规划管理的决策支持。

| Abstract: | The article presentation the actuality of domestic and international city planning development currently.After this,we analyze and research how to realize the integration of GIS and city planning.We design the structure of system.Based on this,we developed the programming management information system platform according to the GIS.It realizes spatial information search at any time, makes programming operation systematization and provided information service for public,Finally achieves the decision support for city planning management. |
