| 摘 要： | 阐述了GVS复合机头挤出法生产的经编针织物增强胶管的特性，测试了4种汽车散热器软管的内压力与膨胀率的关系曲线，分析了影响软管力学性能的织物结构因素，给出了选择最优织物的理论依据。

| Abstract: | Performance of reinforcing hose by SW-PROCESS technology is introduced. The four kinds of hose are tested and the influence of fabric structure for the hose is discussed. The curve of the inside pressure and bulgy rate of the reinforcing hose with warp knitting mesh fabric is clarified. In the end, theoretic key for the fabrics is obtained. |
