针对PX市场中电价的形成没有合理计及各电源应分摊损耗的情况，在对网损分摊做出分析的基础上，提出了“根据竟标数据确定市场清算价格，而以实际电价来确定各电力公司发电量”的PX市场交易机理．数字仿真结果表明该方法不仅可以降低电网运营成本，而且对所有市场参与者来说是公平的并有利于网络的运行与发展．

Actual Energy Price and Market Cleaning Quantity in Power Exchange

In order to take the loss allocation into account reasonably and reduce the operational cost of power system, based on the analysis to the loss allocation, this paper propose that, in the power exchange, the market cleaning price can be decided by the bid data as usual, but the generation of each supply energy company should be decided by the actual energy price which is decided by bid price and power loss rate. The calculation results for a 26 - node system shows that the method is feasible, and the method proposed in this paper is favorable to fair market competition, operation and development of the power system.
