摘    要:阐述了滚动轴承误差检测的基本理论,并设计开发了一种检测系统,该系统采用了高精度差动式磁芯型电感位移传感器和小波包分解与重构技术.通过对轴承内圈表面特征数据一次采样,实现表面圆度、粗糙度、波纹度误差的综合检测和分析评定.通过对406型轴承的实测数据进行处理,成功实现了三种误差信号的分离,实验证明了该系统的可靠性和实用性.

Abstract:The basic principle of the rolling bearing error measuring is described, and a measuring system is designed and developed, This system applies a kind of high-precision differential magnetic core induction sensor for distance measurement, the decomposition and reconstruction technique of wavelet packet. which can realize the integrated measuring, the surface roundness, roughness and waviness errors are analyzed and assessed by sampling the characteristic data of bearing inner-circle surface once. The seperation of three kinds of errors is realized successfully by processing the actual measuring data of the 406 type rollling bearing. The experiment proves the reliability and practicability of the system.
