| 摘 要： | 研究了领氟苯基荧光酮与铁（Ⅲ）的反应条件。在PH5.0-5.4的NaAc-HAc缓冲溶液中，在表面活性剂CTMAB存在下，铁（Ⅲ）与试剂生成配合物使试剂的荧光熄灭，建立了Fe(Ⅲ)-O-FPF-CTMAB体系测定微量铁的荧光光度新方法。荧光强度与Fe（Ⅲ）的含量在0-2.5ug/25mL范围内呈线性关系，方法的检出限为1.2μg/L。该方法灵敏度高，操作简便，用于自来水和人发样中微量铁的测定，结果满意。
