摘    要:传统管理注重以"物"为中心,现代管理注重以"人"为中心,把人作为管理的主体和核心.我们要汲取中国传统文化精华,借鉴国外先进的管理理论和实践,创造出具有民族特色的以人为本的现代企业管理理论.

Abstract:Traditional management pays stress on "articles"; on the contrary, modern management focuses on "staff' and looks staff as the main body and core of management. The "people-oriented" modern management theory that has the national characteristics should be created through absorbing the essence of the traditional culture of China and drawing the advanced management theory and practice of foreign countries.
