摘    要:本文在对浮阀塔板实验及漏液数据分析的基础上,建立了一个适用于多种浮阀型塔板的通用漏液速率模型。本模型将浮阀塔板单位开孔面积上的漏液速率与“虚拟阀片开启分率”相关联,所有关联参数均可以从简单的流体力学条件,如液流强度、阀孔动能因子、堰高、开孔率等获得,便于编入电算程序进行工程计算。用本模型拟合F—1 型重阀(V—1型)、F—4型浮阀(V—4型)、锥心浮阀(Hy—Contact)及A型浮阀(Koch Flexitray)实验数据,取得了较为满意的结果。

Abstract:A new unified model for the prediction of weeping rates ofvarious types of valve trays was proposed on the basis of analysis of weeping data and influencing factors on efficiency of valve trays. The expression of weeping, rates in this model is proposed as the values per unit holed-areas pf the tray, and a new correlation parameter, the quasi-ratip of opened valves on the tray is defined. All other parameters used in the new correlation, e. g. the liquid flow intensity, the valve hole F-factor, the weir height and the ratio of holed-area to the effective tray area can be easily obtained from experimental hydraulic data or by direct measurements. The unified correlation gives satisfactory agreement with the available data of V-1, V-4, Hy-Contact and A-type trays. This new correlation is suitable for computer-aided calculation in engineering uses with resonable accuracy.
