| 摘 要： | 提出了一种评估发电系统短期可靠性的解析法。该方法在连续Markov过程离散化的基础上,考虑了短期可靠性的暂态特性,并逐段统计出缺电力指标LOLE和可靠性电量指标EIR。本文用该方法对示例发电系统进行了短期可靠性评估,其结果证明了方法的可行性。

| Abstract: | This paper presents an analytical method to evaluate the short-term reliability for generation system. Based on the discretization of continuous Markov Process,the transient performance of short-ferm reliability is considered, and the Loss of Load Expection(LOLE) Energy Index of Reliabihty (EIR) are calculated step by step. This method is applied to evaluate short-term rehability of a generation system,and the results of the evaluation show that the method is feasible. |
