关于大理学院解放思想的诸多思考

大理学院在30年本科办学历史的基础上,近年发展迅速,除了一流的校园环境外,办学层次和办学规模迅速提升.但学校机构臃肿、新专业较多、教师队伍整体素质不高、科研学术水平较低以及贫穷与浪费并存等一系列问题制约了学校的可持续发展.针对存在的问题,提出了精简机构、理顺部门职能和人员职责、简化管理程序、慎重推进人事分配改革、教育教学改革和科研管理改革等一系列思考和设想.
