| 摘 要： | 区域经济学把区域经济分为同质区域和极化区域。河南乃至中部地区绝大部分农村之所以经济发展滞后,原因在于其产业结构的同质性。笔者凭着驻村任职第一支部书记的实地工作体验和理性思考,以台湾村为例,分析其经济现状与经济发展潜力,提出台湾村经济社会发展的若干建议,如构建极化区域经济,建立相互关联的产业等。试图为河南农村探索科学发展路径,以资其他农村借鉴。

| Abstract: | In the regional economics, the region can be divided into homogeneous region and polarizable region. The reason of econom- ical lag in the rural areas of Henan province and the other parts of Central China lies in the industrial structure homogeneity. With the working experience as the Party Secretary in Taiwan Village （Nanyang City） , I analyzed the economic status quo and development po- tential of Taiwan Village, and proposed suggestions on the establishment of the regional polarization economy and related industries, for the economics and social development in Taiwan village. This paper aimed to explore the scientific development path of rural areas in Henan Province and provide example of development pattern for the other countryside. |
