Abstract:A synchronous tracker with an advanced cutting technology has been developed, this is the key to the high speed thermal cutting on line production of spiral pipes. This paper presents the design principles, the structural characteristics, the working conditions of the tracker synchronous with cutting, and the cutting properties of the air plasma constricted with water, as well as the results of the technological tests.
