电热再生法脱附高沸点有机溶剂的研究

摘    要:运用电热再生法研究吸附了不同沸点、不同分子量的挥发性有机溶剂(VOCs)异辛烷、甲苯、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯的活性炭纤维的再生效果,考察了再生温度对活性炭纤维再生效率的影响.结果表明:再生温度低于VOCs沸点时,VOCs在活性炭纤维中难被脱附;相同再生条件下,长链状分子结构VOCs气体比较难从活性炭纤维中脱附出来;当再生温度高于200℃时,活性炭纤维吸附性能随再生次数增多而明显下降.

Abstract:In this paper,with electric regeneration,the regeneration efficiency of activated carbon fibers adsorbed by different boiling points and molecular weights of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),such as isooctane,toluene,N,N-dimethylformamide,n-butyl methacrylate,is discussed,with a focus on the influence of temperature on the regeneration efficiency of activated carbon fiber.The results show that when the regeneration temperature is below boiling point of VOCs,VOCs in activated carbon fibers are difficult to b...
