摘    要:传统德育重“灌输”,现代德育重“自主”。学校的德育过程,实质上是对学习主体道德自主建构的帮助过程。现代学校必须走一条既重视基本价值的引导又不妨碍道德学习主体主体性的充分发挥的综合德育之路。确立“人性向善”的人性观,帮助学生在生活中提升道德需要,进行道德判断和选择的训练,是提高学校德育实效的有效途径。

Abstract:Traditional moral education attaches importance to "penetration", while modern moral education to "independence". The application of campus moral education, in fact, is the process to help the study party to finish its self-construction. Therefore, while applying the moral education, modern schools must both consider the guidance of basic values and give fully play to the initiative of moral study party. Establishing " good-will intention" human nature, helping the students improve their moral need in daily life and conducting the exercises of moral judgment and choice are effective ap- proaches of improving school moral education.
