| 摘 要： | 通过运用振动故障检测及开口变压器两种检测方法，对YKK-63014-2型电动机转子导条断条的故障进行诊断分析，准确判断出转子断条的故障，为研究笼型电机转子断条的故障提供了一套行之有效的检测方法，同时针对故障原因提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the causes of fault of rotor bar breaking of YKK-63014-2 type motor by using two methodv of examining faults: vibration and open-transformer,which can accurately the faults of the rotor bar breaking and supplies a effective method of studying fault of rotor bar breaking squirrel cage motor.Based on the causes of fault,a better way of improving the structure of rator bar breaking of Reaction motor is put forward. |
