| 摘 要： | 电铸是一种在芯模上电沉积金属,然后使两者分离,来制取零件的工艺。电铸具有很高的复制精度和重复精度,适合制造具有复杂形状,精细型貌等特征的金属零件。电铸工艺很大程度上决定了铸层的组织结构和物理特性。文章分析了电流和添加剂对电铸层表面形貌的影响,铸液中添加剂对基质金属铜的晶粒的明显细化作用。

| Abstract: | Electroforming is a technology that the metal is deposited on core mould,then the metal is separated from the mould.It has excellent reproductive and repetitive precision.It is suited for making metal parts of such characteristics as complicated shape and fine form,etc.Electroforming determines structure and physical characteristic of electroformed product to great extent.After comparing and analyzing the effects of current density and additives on surface morphology of the electroforming deposit,we found that the grain size of matrix metal Cu due to the existence of the additives. |
