摘    要:本文利用自行设计和建立的质谱分析系统分析了大量小型密封继电器,通过分析,找出了影响密封继电器可靠性的主要有害气体的成份、含量和来源,以及这些气体与现行生产工艺及选用材料间的关系.这对研究密封继电器的失效机理和制造高可靠的密封继电器有着重要的指导意义.本文扼要地介绍了分析系统及其实验方法,对部分分析结果进行了较为详细的讨论并得出了有益的结论.

Abstract:In the paper,we use a vacuum system which contains a mass analyzer for analyzing the internal atmosphere in a miniature sealed relay.By using many samples we have obtained the composition of the major harmful gases,their quantity atd origin.We have also found out the relationship among the compo- sition of the gases,the manufacture process and the materials.These are very important for the study of the failure mechanism of the sealed relays and for the fabrication of highly reliable relays. The paper presents briefly the analytical system and experiment method, and gives some experiment results,which are discussed in detail,and from which some concluions are drawn.
