摘    要:采用实验方法,对流化床发展段流动壁面进行图像分析,以了解颗粒簇团在壁面的流动形态。试验结果表明:颗粒簇团形状变化随风量的变化较为显著;簇团形状随风量的增大由松散、颗粒浓度小、变为密集、颗粒浓度较大;簇团数目随风量的增大而变小。同时,颗粒簇团频率随高度的变化较小,颗粒簇团频率会随着床层高度的增加而有较小的减弱趋势。

Abstract:this paper analysis the image of flow wall of fluidized bed with the method of experiment and the frequency characteristics of the cluster in the bed. The experimental results show that particle cluster shape significantly change along with the variation of air volume; with the increasing of air volume, the shape of cluster change from inattentive into dense and the density of particle is heightened. The number of clusters is also inceased. At the same time, the frequency of clusters affected slightly by the height and descreased with the inceasing of height of the bed.
