废旧轮胎垫层与松软土体复合承载的工程计算

摘    要:为利用废旧轮胎和普通脚手架钢管构建克服松软海滩的通道,对其中的废旧轮胎垫层与松软海滩土体的相互作用机理进行了分析,推导出了废旧轮胎、废旧轮胎垫层以及废旧轮胎和松软土体复合层的压缩模量,提出了松软海滩土体,临界压缩模量的概念,建立了复合承载模型。通过对废旧轮胎垫层与松软海滩土体的复合承载力、复合沉降进行分析计算表明,松软海滩土体临界压缩模量的计算式是合理的;在松软海滩上铺设废旧轮胎垫层能够显著地提高土体的承载力;复合承载模型和工程计算方法能够满足工程要求。

Abstract:The old rubber tires and scaffold ing steel tubes can be used in soft foreshore passage. The interaction between old rubber tire and soft soil was analyzed. The compression modulus of the old rub ber tires, old rubber tire- layer and the composite layer of old rubber tire and so ft soil were put forw ard, as well as the critical compression modulus of the soft soil and the models for the bear ability of the composite of old rubber tire and sof t soil. By the calcu lation of the bear ability and the subsidence of the composite of old rub ber tire and soft soil, it is demonstrated that the critical compression modulus is feasible , the old rubber tires could both improve the bear ability of the soft soil and dec rease the subsidence of the soft soil, and the models of the bear ability and th e calculation method in engineering can meet the engineering needs.
