光子计数成像探测系统及其在生命科学中的应用

摘    要:给出了一种用光子成像头、高帧频CCD摄像机、图像采集系统和计算机组成的光子计数成像探测系统.系统可用于探测生物的超微弱发光现象,灵敏度比一般的弱光成像器件高出104倍以上;系统可以对极微弱的发光现象进行实时的光子计数成像,并用计算机进行后处理和分析;最后,用实例说明该系统的应用效果.

Abstract:A photon counting image acquisition system consisting of photon counting imaging head, a high frame frequency CCD camera, an image processor and computer has been developed for the two dimensional analysis of very low light level phenomena. Its sensitivity is 10 4 higher than that of ordinary intensifiers. The system allows real time photon counting imaging and consequent follow up analysis or processing of very faint images. The excellent performance of this system has been demonstrated during several experiments.
