生物反应器中杂交瘤细胞的物理破损

摘    要:结合高速搅拌转瓶试验和鼓泡柱试验,考察了生物的反应器中流体主体湍流切和气地杂交瘤细胞的破损作用。实验发现在没有气泡的情况下,只有当Kolmogorov湍流涡旋尺度五细胞大小相当或小于细胞时,生物反应器中流体主体湍流剪切才能导致细胞破损。

Abstract:The damage effects of the turbulent shear stresses in the bulk liquid and the gas bubbles on hybridoma cells were examined by using the high speed agitated tests in the spinner bottles and the sparging tests in a bubble column.It is found that,in the absence of gas bubbles,cell damage can be caused by the stresses in the bulk turbulent liquid only when the Kolmogorov turbulent eddy sizes are similar to or smaller than the cell size,While in the presence of gas bubbles,cells are mainly destroyed by these bubbles.Increasing the gas flow rate and decreasing the bubble size result in increased cell death. In addition,the physical mechanism governing cell damage in bioreactors is also discussed.
