| Abstract: | This paper analyzes some environmental problems existing in China at present, probes into the reasons of these problems, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the eonstruetion of the environmental legal system in China, whieh include the transformation of the legislation concept, the improvement of the law enforeement and the jurisdietion, the strengthening of the legal supervision and the eitizen＇s environmental consciousness. |
