摘    要:介绍了EWT太阳电池发展历史、研究现状及国内外EWT太阳电池的技术研究进展,指出了EWT太阳电池研究中的难点,提出了EWT太阳电池的发展方向,并对EWT太阳电池的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract:The history and development of EWT silicon solar cells is described.It would focus on the structural design and the progress of technical.And then,the difficulties and development direction in presented EWT silicon solar cells will be pointed out.At last,some opinions on further studies of EWT silicon solar cells were also presented.
