摘    要:“解决问题能力”是现代人职业生涯中十分重要的能力之一,是能够准确地把握事物发生问题的关键,有效利用资源,提出解决问题的意见或方案,并付诸实施使问题得到解决的能力。分析“解决问题能力”的内涵,弄清其培训与测评的基本方法和要求,有利于有针对性地开展职业人才解决问题能力的培训和测评。

Abstract:Problem-solving competency is one of the core competencies in modern career.It refers to the competency of accurately grasping the key to the problem and effectively using resources,providing problem-solving views or programs,and putting them into effect to solve problems.Analyzing the connotation of problem-solving competency,identifying the basic methods and requirements of problem-solving competency training and evaluation is conducive to targeted problem-solving competency training and evaluation of vocational talents.
