逆向工程中关键技术的研究现状和发展趋势

摘    要:随着计算机和自动化测量技术的高速发展,逆向工程已经成为以实物为研究对象,利用计算机技术进行产品仿制及新产品开发的技术手段,其关键技术有产品数字化技术、数据处理技术、曲面重构技术等。本文对这些关键技术的研究与应用现状情况进行了综述,并对其发展方向进行了探讨,认为对于产品的数字化应引入实物测量的智能化概念,以提高数字化的准确性和效率;对于数据预处理应该针对测量数据的后续要求来选择算法;至于曲面重构应更多的从实物的整体特征来把握。

Abstract:With high-speed development of computer technology and roboticized measure technique,reverse engineering has been a method which utilizes computer technique to simulate product and develop new product according to practicality.Its pivotal technology includes product digitization,technique of processing data,technique of restructuring surface and so on.Researches in these fields are introduced and their future trend is discussed.Intellectualized measuring in allusion to product digitization shall be introduced to improve accuracy and efficiency.Arithmetic of processing data based on requirement to data shall be chosen and restructuring surface according to overall feature of the practicality shall be considered.
