| 摘 要： | 半导体超晶格与微结构是半导体科学技术发展史上的一颗璀璨明珠。它的确立与发展不仅对现代信息科学技术,而且对低维物理、材料科学和纳米技术的发展,都产生了重要而深远的影响。今天,在崭新的21世纪来临之际,通过重温它的历史沿革和分析它的发展模式,进而揭示它的内在规律性,以此纪念半导体超晶格与微结构研究发展30年。
