摘    要:力量素质是各项身体素质的基础,也是专璜技术进一步提高的前提条件,田径运动员的技术水平发展到一定程度的时候,发展力量素质有利于技术水平的进一步提高。力量素质的增强有助于速度、灵敏,耐力等素质的提高。如何根据青少年的生长发育规律,采用科学的训练方法,促进专项力量的提高,从而达到提高田径运动员成绩的目的,是本文所要探讨的内容。

Contribute to the enhanced strength speed, agility, endurance, such as quality. How the growth and development of young people in the law, the use of scientific training methods, and promote the improvement of the special forces, so as to enhance athlete performance is designed to explore in this paper the contents of.
