摘    要:把用煤矸石和粉煤灰这些工业废料进行沉陷治理工程归纳为3种途径:用煤矸石或粉煤灰作为造地复田的充填材料,然后回填地表土;用煤矸石充填井下采空区或用粉煤灰充填覆岩离层带;用煤矸石或粉煤灰改善土壤条件.提出了用煤矸石和粉煤灰进行沉陷治理的5条基本原则;全面规划、增强土壤的肥力、消除公害、增强经济效益和社会效益、对建筑密集区下采煤可采用离层带注浆的技术.最后,进行了效益分析.

Abstract:Three kinds of path is concluded which apply the gangue proceed from coal mine and the powder ash proceed from power plant to manage the ground subsidence in coal mine. Those include using the coal gangue or the coal powder ash to fill the subsidence ground of mine, then return to fill the earth' s surface soil; filling the empty area which are excavated in coal mine with the coal gangue or filling the detached layer strip of terrane with the coal powder ash; using coal gangue or coal powder ash to improve the surface soil. Puts forward five basic principles of apply the coal gangue and the coal powder ash to manage the ground subsidence in mine. The basic principles include all-around programming; boost up fertility of soil; eliminating effects of environment; increasing economic benefits and social benefits; and applying the technology about filling the detached layer strip of terrane with the coal powder ash when excavating coal under dense building area. Analyses the benefits of applying industrial flotsam to manage ground subsidence.
