软件可靠性模型及其参数估值技术

摘    要:软件产品的可靠性评估主要取决于软件可靠性模型及其参数估值技术。本文探讨了六种软件可靠性增长模型的内在关系,提出了一个统一的软件可靠性增长模型,并从数理统计角度介绍了两种可靠性模型参数估值方法:最大似然估值法和最小均方误差估值法。最后,通过实例说明了软件可靠性模型及其参数估值技术在软件产品的可靠性评估方面的具体应用。

Abstract:The reliability estimation for a software product mainly depends on the research of the software reliability model and its parameter estimator. In this paper, the internal relations of six kinds of software reliability growth model are discussed and a united model is presented. The paper also derives two estimators of the model parameter from the statistical theory: maximum likelihood estimator and least-squares estimator. At last, several examples are given to elaborate the application of the software model and its parameter estimator in the research of software reliability.
