| 摘 要： | 分析了国有外贸企业的发展现状及其在改革过程中所面临的困难；通过对国有外贸企业的内部条件及外部环境的综合分析，指出其建立现代企业制度的条件已基本具备，时机日趋成熟；最后探讨国有外贸企业建立现代企业制度实施过程中应注意的一些问题．

| Abstract: | The current developing situations of state foreign trade enterprises and the difficulties they are confronted with in the process of their reformations were analysed.Based on the synthetical analysis of both internal and external circumstances of state foreign trade enterprises, it was pointed out that the conditions of state foreign trade enterprises to set up modern enterprise system were available and the opportunity is becoming mature. In addition, some problems to which attention must be paid in the process of putting it into effect state foreign trade enterprises setting up modern enterprise system were probed. |
