人参多糖FeOOH微核表面络合作用的研究

摘    要:本文用人参多糖、人参果胶、人参果胶酸等分别制成六种多糖 FeOOH表面络合物,并对其组成、性质、结构进行了研究。用气相色谱法、EDTA 滴定法测定了表面络合物中多糖、铁等的含量,用凝胶桂层析、粘度测定等研究了表面络合物的性质。用园二色谱和碘的显色反应研究了多糖的构象变化;用磁园二色谱,红外光谱和 Mossbauer 谱研究了络合物的铁核结构。并提出此类表面络合物的可能模式。

Abstract:The synthesis,composition,properties,and structure of iron gineng polysacciaride,iron-pectin,iron-pectic acid etc.six interracial complexes were investigated.The amounts of poly saccharide and iron of interfacial complexes were measured by GC and EDTA titration methods.The properties of interfacial complexes were studied by gel chromatogram,viscosity measure merit.The conformational change of polysaccharides were stud- ied by CD spectroscopy and color reaction of iodine with sta- rch.With magnetic CD spectroscopy,IR spectroscopy,Mossba- er spectrocopy the iron core structure were shown.The proba ble structure model of complex was proposed.
