| 摘 要： | 宪政在西方作为一种思想传播和制度的实践,是经过漫长历史时期的积淀与洗练而最终确立下来的。通过对宪政概念的界定,初步探讨了中世纪晚期宪政思想的三种要素,分别对中世纪晚期宪政思想中的权力、权利、法律进行了研究和论述。
