白簕叶总黄酮的体外抗氧化活性研究

摘    要:为研究药用植物白簕的抗氧化性,全文以维生素C(VC)为对照,采用DPPH.清除能力法、铁还原力法和总抗氧化力3种方法,对白簕叶总黄酮的纯化液进行体外抗氧化性实验.结果显示:白簕黄酮纯化液的抗氧化性与其浓度相关性大.在一定剂量范围内,抗氧化性随着纯化液浓度的增大而加强;但到某一水平时,随纯化液浓度的增加,抗氧化力变化微小.总体来讲,浓度选用45mg/mL抗氧化效果较好.白簕总黄酮纯化液抗氧化性明显强于VC.该实验结果对于应用白簕作为新型抗氧化剂,如何控制好黄酮使用量的研究提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Taking VC as reference,three kinds of methods(2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhyd-razyl radical scavenging,ferric reducing power and total antioxidant) were performed to detect the antioxidant activity of flavonoids in vitro.These results indicated that the more concentration Acanthopanax trifoliatus flavonoids extracts were,the stronger antioxidant was.But to some extent,the antioxidant showed subtle change with the concentration increasing.In general,the optimal concentration for anti-oxidant was 45mg/mL.Total flavo...
