| 摘 要： | 本研究利用番茄的11个不同的基因型品种,进行了组织培养和植株再生的研究.发现不同基因型的植株再生能力存在着明显差异.我们从中筛选出2个具有高再生能力的基因型品种,为进一步开展番茄细胞工程和基因工程研究提供了优良实验材料.

| Abstract: | Eleven genotypes of tomato strains were used to investigate the plant regeneration capacity in tissue culture.Results showed that genotypes had significant effects on plant regeneration.Two genotypes with high regeneration capacity were selected in this study and can be used as excellent experimental materials in further research of cell engineering and gene engineering of tomato. |
