| Abstract: | In this paper, according to the fundmental property of the electrostatic field, the conception of the equipotential surface electrode is suggested at first. By computer techniqe,the design and the making of the equipotential surface electrode are accomplished. Therefore, it is possible to depict the electrostatic field of the like charges and the charges of the arbitrary form cylindrical surface. |
