茂钠制备新方法

摘    要:以氢氧化钠(代替金属)和环戊二烯为原料制备了茂钠。着重研究了反应物配比,温度及固体NaOH的颗粒粒径对反应速度和产物收率的影响规律,结果表明,当NaOH/CPD的摩尔比为4/1,粒径在1 ̄2nm,温度为0℃时,产物收率可高达95% ̄97%。

Abstract:Metal sodium was replaced by NaOH in the preparation of cyclopentadienylsodium(CPNa) via the reaction between NaOH and cyclopentadiene(CPD). The effects of mole ratio of NaOH/CPD, reaction temperature, and particle size of NaOH on reaction rate and yield were studied in detail. It was found that high reaction yield(95%97%) could be obtained with the new method under the following conditions: NaOH/CPD was 4/1(mole ratio), the particle size of NaOH was about 12mm and the reaction temperature was 0.
