摘 要: | 选取立方体试件以及8字型试件,研究了在采用不同丁苯乳液掺量的界面剂处理下,新型聚合物改性水泥砂浆与普通水泥砂浆之间界面劈裂抗拉粘结强度、抗拉粘结强度;并对新旧水泥砂浆的界面处进行了微观结构观测分析。研究结果表明:在立方体劈裂抗拉粘结强度方面,当界面剂中丁苯乳液掺量优选m(丁苯乳液)∶m(水泥)=2∶3时,其28 d劈裂抗拉粘结强度取得最大值为2.465 MPa,明显高于其他界面剂配比的劈裂抗拉粘结强度;在8字型试件抗拉粘结强度方面:当m(丁苯乳液)∶m(水泥)=2∶3时,粘结试件的抗拉粘结强度亦达到最大;微观试验分析表明,掺有丁苯乳液的界面剂水泥砂浆内部界面过渡区(ITZ)相比空白样明显致密。

Abstract: | By testing the the cube specimens and 8 mould specimens, interface splitting tensile bond strength and tensile bond strength between the new type of polymer modified cement mortar and normal cement mortar were studied in different styrene-butadiene emulsion dosage , and microstructure of the interface between old and new cement mortar was analyzed. The results show that the splitting tensile bond strength of 28 d reached the maximum 2.465 Mpa when the styrene-butadiene emulsion dosage of interface agent was m (styrene-butadiene emulsion) : m (cement) = 2:3, significantly higher than the splitting tensile bond strength of other interface agent ratio; In tensile bond strength of 8 mould specimen, tensile bond strength of bonding specimen was also the maximum; Microscopic test analysis showed that internal interface transition zone (ITZ) of cement mortar mixed with butyl benzene latex was apparent density compared with the blank sample. |
