摘    要:为降低工业级HMX的机械感度,采用氟橡胶(F2604-2)和癸二酸二异辛酯(DOS)作为钝感剂,对工业级HMX进行表面包覆。表面能计算表明F2604-2和DOS等材料能够包覆工业级HMX,通过SEM、XPS和机械感度表征样品的包覆情况。结果表明,氟橡胶和DOS两种包覆材料对HMX机械感度的影响存在较大差异;氟橡胶可使HMX的撞击感度的特性落高由16.8 cm升高至34.1 cm,而摩擦感度由86%降低到44%;DOS可使HMX的撞击感度由16.8 cm升高至95.7 cm,而摩擦感度由86%降低到0,降感效果更好。

Abstract:In order to desensitize mechanical sensitivity of grain conventional, fluororubber (F2604-2) and DOS were used as insensitive coating additive to coat HMX surface. The feasibility of HMX coated by F2604-2 and DOS was proved by surface energy calculation. The coated materials were characterized by using SEM and sensitivity tests. The results were compared with those of the virgin materials. Coated HMX has shown that the effect on mechanical sensitivity of HMX were different for F2604-2 and DOS. The impact sensitivity of the grain conventional HMX coated by F2604-2 and DOS increases significantly from 16.8cm to 34.1cm, 16.8cm to 95.7cm, respectively. The friction sensitivity decreases from 86% to 44%, 86% to 0, respectively.
