摘    要:为深入研究机体的稳态机制,本文以中医学四时五脏功能系统为对象,对生理态附近的五脏相互作用进行了线性近似,对生理态下五脏系统的动态稳定性、外部随机扰动、以及环境中四时因素对五脏的影响在Matlab下进行了仿真。结果发现依据五脏促进、制约的相互作用,机体在生理状态的一定条件下能够形成较大幅度的稳态机制,并且能够实现五脏功能随时间变化的性质,从而提示了机体五脏功能系统及四时五脏相互作用的控制论机理。

Abstract:To explore the mechanism of homeostasis in organism, the interaction of five organs in the physiological status has been linearly simulated based on the system of four seasons and five organs, which originates from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The dynamic stability of five organs system and externally stochastic disturbance as well as the four seasons factors worked on five organs system, have also been simulated using Matlab software. The computer simulation results show that under the given physiological state, the five organs system of organism can not only maintain highly intrinsic homeostasis mechanism by promotion and restriction of five organs system, but also exhibit the property of the dynamic evolution of five organs system along with time. These findings imply cybernetics mechanism of the interaction between the four seasons and five organs system of organism.
