摘    要:晶体在形核时。熔体内存在的温度和浓度起伏有助于扩大“近程有序”结构的范围,进而促进形核。研究熔体中有对流作用时三维非稳态晶体生长的温度起伏和浓度起伏数学模型.有助于从本质上认识这一自然现象。证明了稳定流场的作用下晶体生长数学模型解的适定性。

Abstract:The fluctuated temperature motivates the dynamical process while crystal is growing. The periodic analytic solution of a three-dimensional steady state problem has shown that the cellular and dendritic crystal growth under the effect of convection presents an oscillatory pattern. Study of the properties of the solution can help reveal this physical phenomena. A theoretical proof for the well-posed properties of the Fourier Series Solution ie given.
