地下建筑遭受恐怖爆炸袭击的数值模拟

摘    要:地下建筑内一旦发生爆炸,其影响范围可能波及地面数百米的范围.为了深入了解地下爆炸过程及其影响范围,采用数值计算方法,对一个典型的地下建筑在爆炸荷载作用下的响应进行了数值模拟.模拟了爆炸波在地下建筑内以及经由楼梯、电梯井直至地表的传播过程,并且计算了爆炸波引起的地面震动.还根据美国DoD规范和北约NATO规范规定的压力和地面震动的安全准则,对数值模拟结果进行了分析,从而得到了地下建筑内发生爆炸事故对地表的影响范围.

Abstract:An explosio n inside an underg round str ucture may af fect the st ructures and per sonnel o n g round surface in an area of several hundreds met re radius. In order to study the blast w ave pro pagat ion generated fr om an underg round explosion and it s ef fect on st ructur es and personnel in the vicinity , numer ical simulatio n w as carried o ut to est imate the blast pr essure and gro und shock. A three dimensional ( 3D) model w as established to est imate the blast wav e propagat ion inside and o ut side the underg round st ructure. T he blast w ave intensit ies inside the st ructure at every exit o f the st ructure and in the surrounding w ere out side the st ructure above ground are est imated. To est imate gr ound sho ck, a tw o dimensional ( 2D) model w as developed to analy ze st ress w av e propagat ion. The numerical result s of o verpressure and g round shock intensit ies w ere compared w ith the respect ive allow able criteria for st ructure and personnel pr otect io n given in the U SA DoD manual and the NAT O standard. The safe distance for pro tection o f above-gro und st ructures and personnel in a hypothet ic underg round terrorist bombing scenario w as determined.
